Maquoketa Valley Electric Cooperative and MVlink Fiber Internet sends e-newsletters to fiber internet members and also the Watts Current to our electric members who request to receive Watts Current by email. On occasion, MVEC/MVlink will send service updates, maintenance alerts and outages via email.

Please note that if you opt-out of receiving emails from MVEC and/or MVlink (via a link at the bottom of emails), you will be removed from our email database and will no longer receive ANY EMAILS from MVEC/MVlink (including those containing maintenance notices, outages and account information). Opting out of an email doesn’t just prevent you from receiving that type of email, it will prevent MVEC from sending any communication to you via email, altogether.

If you have stopped receiving emails from MVEC/MVlink and would like to start receiving them again,  please reach out to Elyse Fletcher at efletcher@mvec.com and we can add you back to our email database.
